how to make pancakes

it is easy to cook them right last week with Mrs kirky we did heaps of PE outside but when we did the pe the hard part was to stay on the lines in lin tag

book charater say

 September school had a book character day.all of makaraka school dressed up and bring a  gold coin donation to go to the salvation Army and makaraka school camp the book character day was organise buy Eilidh and Mallia.Eilid and Mallia were the judges. Mallia gave the Winners a chocolate bar. 

cross-country

yesterday our school head or cross-country.it was so hard the hardest part was the hill. I was nervous at the start i was nervous when we got going i was fine here is a picher of me doing the cross-country.

 my reflection for the week 

making the pie fillings

 Today we made our pie filling i was helping Ethan. He had chicken nuggets'chips'& patties. the chicken nuggets took five minutes and you give it a little shake then another 5 minutes give it another shake then it is  ready.we we had to do half a packet of each ingredient we cannot do it all at once  the chicken nuggets and chips were my favourite everybody likes chicken nuggets and chips the people who made it with me and Ethan kaha and Max. But max was not in the photo because he was peeling apples.

Here is me and max at the disco  we had slushies  pizza & popcorn. There  was 200 people there we got face paint. I had 3 slushies 2 pieces pizza and 1 bag of popcorn there was a bubble machine laser lights and a DJ it was loud and a smoke machine it's went off like every 15 minutes.

 In my class we made posters here is my one in the picture  I made a chicken nugget  pie  with chilli flakes and eggs and rosemary & sweet and sour source you need a pan to cook the eggs and chicken nuggets.

 

herbs

Today we try some herbs in class and my favourite herb was chives chives taste soggy. We taste parsley parsley taste like spicy parsley was my second favourite i like garlic  it is yum . we also had sage it was a little bit dry it was it was yum to.

diorama finished

 

I have finally finished my diorama I have got the painting don then I put some rocks all around my pond.I did some writing  about kawakawa did you know kawakawa is a Maori medicine back in the old days. That would of been handy four people in the bush it will be everywhere.It was so fun to make with miss joblin.

last week we did dioramas at school it was fun .You start by getting a show box
and you put some coloured paper in the in side.Then you pant over top of the paper
and ad objects. How i made my one in the in side make sure there are no gaps 

so you can't see the paper hope you enjoyed the picture.

kaiti Beach

a few days ago we went to kaiti beach we  look for rubbish down  on the beach we found a lot  after that we looked on the rocks we found a milk bottle floating in the sea we found an octopus hiding under a rook

Anzac writing

 

today we did Anzac writing. first we start by writing Anzac using colour then add some pictures in the middle of your Anzac that sows war.then you writing about the pictures that you use underneath then you are finished.

Hockey skills

  Here I am practising my hokey skills after a bit we had a game.it was 5 all it was a close one I got a few goals. My team was grate it was awesome

paper whistle

a few weekes ago we me paper whistles.it took about 10 minutes. here are the steps.1.get sume paper.cut some paper 40 cm long by 4 cm wide.then fold it in half. after that you cut a triangle at the end that doesn't open up but don't make it too big then you fold the sides down.then you have a paper whistle.

triathlon

here is a picture of me doing the triathlon ferst we do the run. we run aruond 4 padooks then we bike arund the ferld 4 times. then we run to the pool and took our shoes of then jumed in the pool 4 lenth. arfter that we ran to the finish line. I cam ferst.

maths game

 Here is  me and my friend playing a maths game it's really fun you start by getting 10 sticks with number

and then get them in order first one to get them in order wins Mr Milne showed me this game 

me and P.J had about four rounds.  he won  twice and I won twice it was  super fun hope you enjoy the pictures

all about me

a few weeks ago I made my all about me.I did abit of writing of my favourite food. I did it on my crombook it was fun.

I did sume feeding today about how to store food and titi.titi is a type of seafood i havint had it before. but I really want to know what to try sume. 

Dogs and cats

last week we were writing about cats and dogs. what one I like better. I chose a dog because they are good at farming and playful soft. fast at runing they can be good at garden your house.

triathlon practice

 today we practice for the triathlon at school we did 3 laps around the court and three laps  in the pool it was really fun. we did it 3 times. I got so tired.

Picasso

 that day i made Picasso we started with a pencil. first we draw a circle for the head                                             and then we use pastel. then we dyed it and then we let it dry.               

 when it was dried we  when is over all the lines in the Sharpie.
